Well this weekend has awesome! As you can see, the weather was great so my boyfriend and I headed to my caravan which is conveniently located next to the beach. 

I bought this skirt for Portugal and was delighted when the weather became good enough to wear it in Scotland. It's floaty, light and delicious! One of my favourite pieces this summer. I honestly don't have a lot of summer pieces as the weather never really gets that hot over hear, so it was great to splurge on items like this this year. 

My boots are amazing right? I found them on Ebay after eying up a pair of Balenciaga shoes. They are all the way from China, so I was slightly worried when they took 3 weeks to arrive! But I got them eventually and laaav them, perfect fit.

Today the weather was weird, kept raining, then it sunny and so on. So this is why I brought my jumper out, in the end I didn't really need it.

My weekend was full of Harry Potter. I AM SO SAD! I hate that it's all over, I was so overwhelmed while I was watching it, but was not disappointed in the least. I did almost cry I was completely saddened by the whole thing! haha but it was amazing, I love the series and always will. Daniel Radcliffe will one day be my husband..haha. If you guys haven't seen it, GO SEE IT! It's so amazing.

Today has been the best day for sunshine in ages! My boyfriend and I took advantage of this and went for a lovely long walk. We also stopped off at a play park and acted like kids for a while!

Sorry for the weird sparkly photo's, I didn't realise the sun was shining right at the camera until afterwards. I bought this jumper a few weeks ago, and honestly didn't realise how see-through it was until I put it on. It's pretty baggy, which I love, and is super comfortable. I think it can be worn with pretty much anything. I love the fact that it looks like I'm wearing a cardigan backwards, and that was what really appealed to me when I saw it.

Tonight I have been catching up on Home and Away, I have around 118 episodes to get through...wish me luck!

I love my little black dress and discovered the other day that my waistcoat goes perfectly with it. It might be my favourite new outfit. 

I also ordered this headband from ASOS the other day and it arrived today. I had been eying it up for a while, contemplating whether I could pull off a middle parting (I usually wear my hair with a side parting). I did and yeah, I love it. I always wanted one after seeing Nicole Richie wear one. I kind of idolize her and everything she wears.

It's been such a glorious evening after a kind of rubbishy day. I envy everyone who has sunny blog photo's as mine are always grey! If only I lived somewhere like Hawaii...or I could always settle for New York!

Jade in the Rain

I ordered this Jade skirt from Topshop just the other day and was delighted when it arrived today in the post. It was exactly what I had been looking for, after falling in love with the midi trend! I love the paper bag affect at the top and the pockets create a relaxed look. Perfect. I was undecided upon this Jade colour and this one. I think I may just get the other one too because I love the fit.

Today was pretty raining most of the day so I just stayed inside and watched My So Called Life and Harry Potter 6 with my boyfriend. I'm far too excited for the next movie (and last) movie to come out I am preparing by watching the other movies. I'll be a cryer when it's all over! ):

I am also reading the Harry Potter books for the first time (I know I'm waaaaay behind!) and I'm really enjoying them, I feel like I have made the right decision as I am making the Potter mania last haha.

Sorry I haven't posted in so long, I got back from Portugal last week and have just been so busy getting myself organised and working again. Portugal was amazing, perfect weather, perfect beaches and perfect drinks! I went with my friend Gillian and I hope we can organise some sort of reunion (:

I bought these shorts before I left and was delighted when they were here for my arrival. They are vintage Levis, which I has always wanted. I snapped these up for £5.50! Bargin, and they fit perfectly. I was kinda surprised and shocked to find that my mum has a similar pair...haha.
