Coursework Day

 (Bodice: Topshop)
(Jeans: Topshop)
(Cardigan: Warehouse)
(Black Top: Dorothy Perkins)
(Bracelets: Handmade)

Today was very productive! I managed to get 1,000ish words done for a 2,500 word essay, not bad right?

I wanted to try out double denim when I knew that I was going to be staying in the house because I'm not brave enough to try this outside! I think it looks alright, probably better with the black top over it.

I really wanted to wear this cardigan today because I keep forgetting it's in my wardrobe. It's so comfy and I think it looks fantastic with denim.

Sale Fail

 (Jacket: Urban Outfitters)
(Jumper: New Look)
(Bracelet: New Look)
(Necklace: H&M)

Yeah so I never got anything in the topshop sale ): I figured I could always just get something online if I really wanted it. Looks like I managed to save some pennies afterall!

Outfit today was pure comfort. This jumper was bought by my dad when it was freezing up here and it's incredibly comfy. I could wear it all day everyday, but I have noticed that it is starting to come away at the edges which I am so annoyed about! Overall I think it was a good purchase for it's comfort factor.

This necklace has been in my life for 5 years or so. It's suppose to be an origami bird, but one of the wings came off so now it just looks like pretty old ornament. I still love it to bits though, and wear it all the time.

Hope everyone is having a good week!

Shopping Day

(T-Shirt, Skirt and ring: Urban Outfitters)
(Green Bracelet: Hand made)
(Disney Bracelet: Florida)
(Necklace: Present)
(Blazer: Dorothy Perkins)

Today I am going to hit the Topshop sales with my flat mates! I'm excited but kinda nervous I find something and buy it (I'm a bit poor atm).

Anyways, I think I deserve something as my boyfriend couldn't make it up with weekend due to the people at the train station being a bit dickish.

I'll blog what I purchase! Have a good Saturday all (:

Pink Day

 (Nail polish: No7)
(Piggy Bank: Birthday Present)
(Tripod: Birthday present)

I noticed that my day has been very pink today so I decided to snap away.

My parents bought me that tripod for my birthday because they knows how much I've been blogging and needed something to put my camera on. How sweet of them!

Hope all is good and have a good weekend!

It Was A Sunny Day

 (T-Shirt: Urban Outfitters)
(Blazer: Dorothy Perkins)
(Belt and Trousers: Topshop)
(Brogues and Sunglasses: River Island)
(Bracelets: Hand-made)
(Rings: Gifts from Relatives)

These pictures were taken on Monday morning when it was very very sunny. A great change for Aberdeen!
I bought these brogues with my birthday money and I love them so much. They are vegan as they are not made from animals which is a great bonus. You can wear them with pretty much anything, I like to wear them with my flares and hareem trousers.
This blazer has become my new best friend as the weather is getting warmer, but not totally hot, it's great to wear out.
I've had a pretty productive week with Uni work, but it still seems that I have so much more to do!
Hope you are all having a great week (:

New Love

My girl crushes seem to be popping up all over the shop! But how amazing is this girl? Clemence Poesy. You might recognise her from Harry Potter as Fleur Delacour.

She is beautiful and a great actress, what more can you ask for?

Also; my week has been pretty busy, with work and applying for jobs, but I shall be returning to posting up styles soon!

Hope you are all having a great weekend (:

Ideas

ideas

This week I have been planning what to do for my Store Design and Visual Merchandising module at Uni. For this project we have to create a new, unique store in Aberdeen by using an existing store for the layout. My store is going to be small and environmentally friendly.

I have decided to use only products that are environmentally friendly to fit in with my Eco theme. The only fashion conscious clothes and shoes I could think of are the clothes above. If any of you know of any others, I would be forever grateful if you let me know about them. With this store I am trying to build Eco fashion awareness and show that it can be fashionable.

I also want the store to be Eco friendly with it's contents so if any of you have any ideas that would be great!

Hope you are all having a great week (:

Love The Flare

(Jeans, Top & Necklace: Topshop)
(Watch: Disney Land)
(Brogues: River Island)
(Wedges: New Look)

The flare has to be my favourite look this Spring/Summer. You can keep them looking casual with brogues or flip flops, or glam them up with wedges or high heels. Keep them simple with a t-shirt or jazz them up with a floaty blouse.

These jeans fit me perfectly and aren't stiff at all. I highly recommend buying jeans from Topshop and from £40 you can't go wrong.

Comfort Day

(Shoes: Converse)
(Dress: Topshop)
(Cardigan: Dorothy Perkins)
(Necklace: Christmas Gift)
(Belt: Topshop)
My only goal today was to go for a comfortable outfit and this is by far the most comfortable dress I own. I bought it from Topshop during the summer and I don't regret spending money on it. You can wear it anytime, but I usually bring it out when the sun is shinning. I dugg out my converse to complete my 'comfort' look because, yes, they are incredibly comfortable! I was at Uni today so I just wanted to feel relax and honestly, I didn't put that much effort into this outfit.

The necklace I am wearing is a gift from a relative for Christmas. At first I wasn't too sure about it because it's so big, but after wearing it once I love it! I got so many compliments from it I figured it must look good. It goes with pretty much anything as well and adds a pop of colour to my outfits.

Hope you all have a good weekend!

Home Made

 (Cardigan: Home made)
(Necklace: Urban Outfitters)
(Belt: Topshop)

Today I had a very domestic day. I cleaned my room, washed my clothes, sorted out my wardrobe and wrote up some Uni notes. This cardigan was made especially for me by my mum for Christmas. She is a genius when it comes to knitting and she specializes in arran cardigans. I love the colour, the fit and the texture. It has to be my favourite piece of clothing in my wardrobe and I am the only one who has this in the world!

There are so many things you can wear big cardigans like this with. Such as fine belts, jeans, leggings and over dresses. The possibilities are endless! Go out and get one and see how many outfits you can come up with.
